Six leading speakers will present a variety of topics covering everything from the history of dental implants to atraumatic and suturing techniques, treatment planning, surgical protocols, impression taking, maximising aesthetics and career development. There will also be hands-on sessions enabling delegates to apply theory to practice and develop their skills in the field.
In addition, the ADI Young Dentist Day will provide a great opportunity to network with like-minded colleagues, while also sharing experiences and gaining inspiration from highly experienced professionals in the field.
Peter Fairbairn, Director of Education at the ADI, has been instrumental in the organisation of the event. He comments:
“The future of both dental implantology and the ADI is in the hands of the next generation, and we wish to ensure a healthy outlook. The Young Dentist Day is just one method by which we can support those professionals who are new to the field and help them to succeed, which – in my mind – is the most important role of the ADI.”
